Dear Chuck,
Thank you so much for your bands participation at our 4th of July Celebration. We were very pleased to have you all out there. You were all such great sports to be out there performing in the insane heat and humidity that day. Since the time we began working with you before the event, you have all been a pleasure to work with. I was so happy to see the enormous crowd surrounding your band that day. They all seemed very happy and enjoyed the music. The sound was everything you all promised and more than I expected. I could hear your great music all the way on the other side of the park in the baseball field. Sure made it nice for everyone who couldn’t fit in the park to still hear your band play. We all enjoyed it very much, and really look forward to the next event where hopefully you will be available and willing to play for us again.
